I am a Leadership and Executive Coach, with Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from International Coach Federation (ICF). I have got over 2000 hours of Executive Coaching experience with various Multinational Organisations over the last 7 years. I work with high potential leaders to help them gain self-awareness, achieve their development objectives and prepare for the next level. I coach C Suite Executives, Senior and Middle Management Leaders (Directors, Vice Presidents) in reputed Organisations. I also coach SME Business Owners / CEOs, Start-up Founders.

Coaching Methodology

I work with my clients as their accountability partner and support them to achieve their professional and personal goals. I use personality assessment, 360-degree feedback to create awareness and self-realisation. I assist senior executives and corporate leaders to understand their strengths and areas of development and to take steps for developing leadership skills and behaviours related to managing self, managing others and achieving business goals. I also help them to find their life purpose, improve emotional agility, work-life balance through evidence-based and experiential processes. I use my decades of corporate experience along with coaching techniques to understand and nurture the aspirations of my clients.

Before moving into Executive Coaching, I have worked at internationally reputed companies like HSBC, TATA Group, and British Council, with various senior designations and responsibilities. During my tenure in Corporate, I have contributed towards Leadership Development, Organizational Growth, Business Process Improvement, Productivity Enhancement etc. Having been a successful leader myself, I have guided and mentored a large number of people irrespective of culture, geography and designation.
